Many of the ESA’s involved a level of effort and scope of work that went well beyond the basic U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) requirements and ASTM E1527 standard in order to meet the more comprehensive requirements of specific state guidance documents or client specific-requirements. Our ESAs meet the new Vapor Encroachment Condition (VEC) ASTM E1527-13. Environmental due diligence is of utmost importance to meet client’s legal, lending, and regulatory agency requirements.
