Landmark has performed numerous Phase I ESAs for MFR Partners on multi-family apartment complexes and former industrial buildings that were converted into condominiums in Midwest cities across Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska and South Dakota, in addition to properties in Minnesota. Landmark’s ability to work on short-timelines with multiple interested parties helped to facilitate the environmental portion of these real estate transactions. In the instances where Phase II Investigations were necessary, Landmark was able to streamline the assessment process based on the future use of these properties so that “human health and the environment” were protected, the properties were thoroughly evaluated, and the acquisitions were completed quickly.
