Landmark’s Industry Sector clients oftentimes require assistance with environmental regulatory permitting and ongoing compliance and assistance with inspections, investigation and remediation as they manage or expand their operations, or are required to meet certain regulatory requirements (e.g., stipulation agreements). This sector spans a variety of client types, but includes industrial manufacturing and operations facilities, metal recycling facilities, and we oftentimes work with the attorneys of our Industry Sector clients.
